Mô tả công việc: Main Responsibility:
1/ Purpose:
- Establish the structures of HR department.
- Implement HR policies and process.
- Consult management board of Human Management procedures.

2/ Job description:
- Set up, executive and manage company’s HR system.
- Develop and implement HR strategy planning, training, policies, internal regulations, compensation and benefit in company.
- Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, and trade unions
- Build up the culture, image and environment of company.
- Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
- Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions .
- Control the process of personnel transactions from on-boarding to termination.
- Maintain employees' records-insurance coverage, labour contract and the other personnel documents.
- Set-up, guide and control the staff performance assessment program (KPI).
- Consult the management board of the Human Management procedures.
- Solve problems about labor relation and disciplines.
- Represent the HR Department both internal and external.

3/ Report:
- Make internal and external reports correspondence with the labor laws.
- Send report to local departments as required.
- Other reports as assigned by Management board.

Yêu cầu Trình độ Đại học
Yêu cầu khác Requirements:
- Have bachelor / master degree from relevant universities.
- At least 2- 3 years experience in HR management or the leader role of recruitment, C & B.
- Understand Labor law and Labor relations.
- Able to analyze HR trend and reports.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English in both writing and speaking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attentive, patient, hard working and supporting.
