Job Description:-
• Provide system maintenance and troubleshooting day-to-day business for customers
• Provide support for end-users software applications
• Taking care of security systems/functions: firewall, antivirus, spam, etc.
• Maintaining Server Systems: Mail server, file server, application servers, repairing hardware equipment…
• Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery, etc.

Job Requirements:-
Minimum education level: Diploma in IT, Networking/System
Gender: Male

• At least 1 year of working experience in network/system administration and end-user support activities
• Experience on setting up and administering Microsoft platform based servers & PCs is required; Office applications professional is required
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN Networks, backup, troubleshooting, Exchange Mail and Antivirus
• Good skills of teamwork, communication & interpersonal
• Good English communication skills are an advantage
