MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
(VIETNAMESE, ENGLISH FLUENCY, FRENCH IS A PLUS)

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing & Production, this position will be in charge of:

1. Assists the Director of Marketing & Production in his day-to-day tasks.
2. Update the website under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Production: create the agent access for new agency, update the picture of Hotels, destination, update the newsletter highlight…
3. Update the OVS/DSA clients’ database by obtaining the required information from the “Order Payment” form.
4. Source out suppliers for marketing materials and deal with the suppliers accordingly.
5. Raise the Request for Payment to Suppliers as and when required.
6. Maintain the database of “marketing” suppliers.
7. Manage the stock of the marketing items and ensure that the Store Room is well kept clean and in order. Raise the order when necessary in coordination with Regional Offices.
8. Make a physical inventory of the stock twice a year.
9. Send the Stock inventory to the Director of Marketing & Production every week.
10. Responsible for sending marketing materials to the Regional Offices and ensure that the items are well received.
11. Responsible for preparing the marketing materials required for trade shows, fam trips, sales missions, etc.
12. Maintain the office stationary stock and responsible for ordering the office stationary accordingly.
13. Act as Receptionist/Telephone Operator as and when required, under the supervision of P.A. of the President.
14. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

2. Location:
• 82-83, 7B Street, An Phu An Khanh Area, District 2

3. Conditions:
• Full time job: 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday morning.
• 2-month probation period followed by a permanent contract.

4. Salary:
• Around 5M vnd / month. To negotiate, depending on candidate’s skill and experience.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Advanced technical training or university
• Significant experience in a similar position is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Express. Access and Photoshop a plus.
• Person logical and pragmatic, careful for details, trustworthy and dynamic, with an inquiring mind able to work independently according to international standards.
