Mô tả công việc: This position is to evaluate and determine legislation’s impact on the Company and develop company’s response. He also develops government affairs strategies, enhance Company’s image among authorities. This role may also include working with colleagues and other organizations to obtain media coverage and develop effective public awareness campaigns.
Areas of Responsibility:
Update government policies and government contact lists related to auto industry and company activities to report, advise the company senior leaders group to have pro-active and reactive plans for those changes if any
Maintain and develop good government relationship to support company business operations
Handle all issues related to government agencies and/or policies in company business activities
Handle all non-government affairs issues: AAF, VCCI, FDI Enterprises ‘Association, Amcham, Kocham, etc. to support company business activities
Apply for government agencies awarding and/or recognition or complimentary for the company and its employees in areas where applicable
Coordinate with PR and legal department to build up and develop company’s good image/identity in community
Others to be assigned by Director of Corporate Affairs and Legal

Yêu cầu khác Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of government regulations and legislative processes
Automobile industry (preferred)
Skills:
Excellent command of English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Leadership skill
Masterful relationship builder
Energetic and initiative
Ability to work under pressure
Experience/Education:
BA or MBA (with legal background preferred)
At least 10 years of combined experience in equivalent position
Current relationships with government authorities and policymakers
Familiar with cross-culture and multi-national environments
